A transparent, democratic path to positive change — because our mission deserves a lasting, lawful structure.
As a growing organization, we recognize the need to adapt to new realities while staying true to our mission. Any amendment or modification to our structure, policies, or constitution follows a strict and transparent process.
All proposed amendments must be discussed and approved during a General Meeting, with at least two-thirds of the members in agreement.
Once approved by the required majority, the amendment is formally drafted and documented according to legal standards.
The approved change is submitted to the Registrar-General of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) for official validation.
This ensures that our governance structure remains lawful, inclusive, and in alignment with the core objectives of the Foundation.
